No prior experience is required. The roadmap starts from first principles — Day 1 introduces the two states all markets exist in before any specific setup is taught. That said, if you already have some chart experience, Phase 1 will sharpen the foundational reading skills that most traders skip.
The inversion FVG model is applicable to any liquid market — forex, futures, indices, crypto. Tyler primarily teaches using forex and futures examples, but the structural concepts apply wherever price moves in a market driven by order flow.
Each guided video is approximately 10 minutes. The markup exercise, observation task, and reflection question typically add another 30–60 minutes depending on how deep you go into the historical examples. Plan for roughly 1–2 hours per day if you're doing the work properly.

Only when both are solid does execution in Phase 3 make sense.
